I can adjust the mower to any height you would normal home owner mower. I mow at the highest setting and then drop it, and finally, bag with another mower.

It took two guys (my grandfather and I) 5 hours, drive included, and charged $250, edged and vacuumed the grass. It would have been a complete wash without frank though. I didn't really take consideration of size, just threw the highest number I thought I could.

I used it on a costumer's lawn today "because the wanted to do it their selves but their back got too sore so sorry it's 30" in the backyard."

Looking back now, what would you have preferred to bid on it?

I'm actually pretty content. I (and my grandfather) made $20/hour after gas costs, saw a wild deer in the lawn while mowing, surely somebody will notice the massive renovation so that adds to my rep, although I would value it at $350 because all the hay did in-fact get vacuumed up. But it was a GREAT trial run for frank!

I just did an appartment lawn about 10000 sq/ft for $175. I had 6 hrs in it cause i tried to do it with my new troy-bilt 4 cycle trimmer. I wanted to see how it would do and it sucked for this. Oh well im learning. I changed to my push mower and completed it.

You cut that with that! You the man! :-) Nice job, I'm too embarrassed to say what I would charge if I did that with a push mower. The bank would never pay! LoL

Frank looks like a hard worker. I gotta get something like that.

How many H.P. is the motor? Does it bog down at all in those conditions or can you blow through it pretty quick?

Frank is a 6 HP briggs. for grass that's damp or reallly dense around two feet, it bogs down, needs to take two or three passes (but doesn't clog!) to cut the grass evenly.
Grass over two feet requires to take 12" passes moderately slow or it wraps around the blade.
But like always I'd have to rent a VERY expensive machine to do any better; this is mine for 0$.

I have modified him more and gave him a paint job. pics soon.
