Field to lawn again + ghetto mower

Real estate agents need to learn to not let their bank owned properties get this bad. The grass was going to seed. Two man crew knocked it down with my mower/ghetto brush cutter "frank(enstein)" and then eventually bagged. What would have you bid on this? I'm curious before admitting my own price

I just picked one of these lawns up. 29000 square feet, grass up to my balls. $250.

Hard to tell the full size of that, but I'd guess $300-$400.

Then again, I doubt a bank-owned property would pay as well as an actual homeowner in that situation.

Yikes! Don't have a clue. My backwoods property doesn't look that bad. But I LOVE the knock down mower. Now if it just had a robotic arm to pick up beer bottles. LOL.

I really can't tell how much yard is there, but it definitely looks to be in the 2 - 250 range. I love the mower made me crack up when I saw it

How many sq ft is the property? How long did it take you to mow and clean up?

I guess im the only idiot here that would say about $150 or so and thats whit my scag whit that push mower I wouldent even think about it!!!

For a "normal" overgrown lawn it's normal rate X the number of weeks it hasn't been cut, plus add a little for the risk of equipment damage.

THAT isn't a "normal" overgrown lawn. Those biatches need to PAY to get that taken care of!

You can't just show one pic of your custom "brush cutter" and not tell us more. How tall of a cut, do you do a pass at like 8" then at like 4" or is it locked at one setting?

I'd put 2 guys on it and give them 2 hours maybe 3. $ 2-250.
