I have one got it at harbor freight with 20% off coupon I think it was under $50
It is well worth the money makes unloading mulch faster next best thing to a dump.
BTW I put a sheet of thick clear plastic under it to help slide (and sometimes spray it with PAM)

I have the HD model.I had the standard model. but if you dont
lubricate the bar where it passes thru the mounts, the bar will jamb. the mounts are made of plastic.the HD model is all steel,and uses bearings in the mounts.The HD model handles 2 yards of topsoil easy.

Just an update guys: I got my Loadhandler (HD version just like Tom) in the mail last week & have used it a few times already & have to say I'm impressed. Saves me lots of time.

What kind of jobs have you used it on?

You guys must have a different kind of loadhandler than the one I had. The first time I used mine I put a load of grass clippings in my truck. Went to unload and all that happend was the loadhandler pulled out from under the load. The wheel wells in the bed stoped the load from comming out.

I had to take a 4x8 piece of plywood and cut it down middle cover it with a tarp to make it slippery and put it in the bed of my truck at an angle to cover the wheels. After that it wasn't to bad for my first season in biz.

You won't use it long after you go too your dump place and see that in the time it takes you to unload youe truck 3 or 4 other guys have come and gone and all they had to do was push a button. lol.

Over all I guess it's better than unloading with a pitch fork.

I've used it for clippings, lava rock, topsoil, bark mulch, bags of concrete mix, sod....anyway, all in all, I love it.
