How does everyone keep track of all there customers? i have all mine written down but im starting to feel like there is an easier way.

Lawn care business tips

Look at this

On the computer, I have several spreadsheets.

Monday clients
Tuesday clients
Wednesday clients
Thursday clients
Friday clients
SPRING clients
FALL clients
WINTER clients

Each spreadsheet has columns for information;

Client Name
Phone Number
Email
Segment
Street
City
Zip/Postal Code
Monthly Quote (how much I charge monthly)
Monthly Quote Tax Included (what I charge with tax)
May (I put the amount they paid for the month)
June (I put the amount they paid for the month)
July (I put the amount they paid for the month)
August (I put the amount they paid for the month)
September (I put the amount they paid for the month)
October (I put the amount they paid for the month)

In the truck, I have a binder. The binder has tabs;
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri.

The first page of each tab is the entire list of properties I will be servicing on that date;

Each client will have a sheet like this, for more detailed info;

At the end of the day, I take the sheets and add any new information to the computer spreadsheets.
