What does it take to make your lawn care business stand out?

What are you thinking? Then read the article.

Jason's answer is that it's all about quality.

Yard-service workers say quality is the key - Running a lawn care business in Nassau County is all about making and keeping a good reputation. And in an industry that experiences high turnover, that's impossible without employees who like their job, a local lawn care company manager said.

"It's all about keeping your accounts and keeping people happy," said Jason Eubanks of the six-year-old Tru-Cut Lawn and Landscaping of Fernandina Beach. "That's the bottom line. Take good care of your help and they treat your equipment like it's their own. It's good when everybody's happy."

What is your view on that company? Do they have a good reputation? Do they do good work? What kind of turnover have they had with their employees?
