Yeah, its a precisefit wand. I also have a BE 24' wand but it kept snapping back at me when extended. I'm afraid this one will do it eventually too since its the same type of twist lock. Telescoping wands are a big help with hard to reach places but its a pita to switch wands or do close up stuff with it.

Rubber boots is a good idea. I have a pair from winter. Thats not going to help my guys much, since Im the lazy one holding a camera. He was complaining about his feet too. Its between 50-65 degrees now so its still not warm.

Yeah, thats a left over vista print shirt. We switched the logo about a year ago and went with embroidered polos. I tell them not to wear them when we do dirty jobs.

That ninja turtle green deck took the same amount of time as the big house above. I'm trying to convince the guy to let me stain and seal it before it rots away. Its a expensive job but it beats replacing.

We all have the vistaprint shirts good for the money, they hold up well.
I don't care how warm it is wet shoes suck
I got a 2 Piece Yellow Rain Suit it's great when its cold out and only cost $9 and holding up well. most of the time i just wear the paints

I think the boot and suits help make me look a little more pro

Looks great, I am surprised they do not make you wear safety gear, we do if the person is 8' or more off the ground, we use wand extenxions as much as possible as the safety gear is a real PITA pressure washing.

I had to build an extension wand out of 1/2 in rigid steel conduit, useing a coupling when needed I get up to 30 feet of reach. I also have a swivel tip that allows me to clean high. I stand on the ground, and have cleaned a store building 35 feet up.

Guys I owned a pressure cleaning biz for a number of years so I may be able to offer some advice to save time and money.
First thing that comes to mind is....stay off the roof and put the ladders away. While your at it put the long extension wands away too. They are needed...but not for most house washes.

1) buy a K7 unloader for your pressure washer...your hands will thank you.
Also your employee will work more effectivly beacsue their hands wont be sore.
2) bust out the company card and by an x-jet..we had a few of both the orig. and M5 version. But if your getting just 1 then get the m5.
3) get a dolly (to cart around number 4)
4) get a 5-15 gallon closed drum and some fittings (I will explain what to do with this stuff later).

That house would have taken about an hour from pull up to pull away.
(2 people...one sprays and the other moves hoses, etc.)

There are a lot of things you can do to save time pressure cleaning.

Tony

That's genius! I'd love to see pics of that!

What prompted you to make that and how do you feel that improved productivity?
