This is for lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, blowing of debris). I'd like to know the highest price you are able to charge, before clients begin to 'complain' about your service being too expensive. Please state whether your price is per month, or per visit. e.g.; $75 per month

It all varies on the size of the yard but all my accounts pay per month because they are on yearly service contracts. So on average per house for just mow, trim, and blow is $126.00. But this is also in the off season when I'm not mowing.

As far as estimates go, it seems like $40/cut is a resistance point.

i get 90 a cut on one of mine but its also 2 acres

If it is a quote that is under $40 per cut, I get it 60%-70% of the time. Often I will cut it when I do the estimate.

If it is a quote that is $40 or more per cut, I get it closer to 40% of the time & those tend to call back later ( like they are getting other quotes to compare).

Cheapest (residential) weekly cut I do is $22, the highest is $130.
