I was doing it the same way in the past. Then last fall I started having problems. I contacted craigslist and they told me 1 ad per week, 1 at a time.

I pass mine out on saturday or after 3:30 during the week. I pass them out like this because kid come home from school a toss them, or take them and don't give them to the parent's I use a company call

Did you submit your website to google places, bing maps etc. What keywords are you using for your website? Keyword phrases are important also, such as your town and services are important.

mowing your city

include all the towns you service, plus the zipcodes, and all your services you offer in the keywords, utilize the title tag for this as well.
