If you can avoid buying mowers at first i belive this is a huge mistake alot of guys make, Just casue its new doesnt mean your going to get 40 contracts your first year.

Dont low ball....... It hurts the whole landscaping world !!

Keep your equipment in good shape , try to keep break downs to a min

Keep sharp blades much less wear on your mower ,

Be freindly to other LCO 's never know when you might need a exta hand or some advice ..


Good luck its a hard road but it pays off when you have it all working right !

I think that is something not thought about early on. There can be so much competitiveness but sometimes like you said, you may need help.
