Last year I broke my arm & shoulder... Went to the doctor & a few months later my hand was good and ready... My shoulder was "ignored" by doctors 3 times. "Oh don't worry, there is nothing wrong" I'll show you the x-ray from last year. <a href="http://s100.photobucket.com/albums/m25/mad_insane/?action=view&current=imbroken.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m25/mad_insane/imbroken.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> These pictures were months after busting myself up... My hand is healed, though my life has changed & I'm scared to use it for most things LOL. Anyway, I stopped working out for a long time... Tonight I felt good, I said, I'm gonna get back into it... Tonight I started with the basics, what I have in my house... well I have a gym in the damn house lol.. I started with the bench press. When I stopped, the last weight I lifted was 220 pounds, the bar was still on the bench press untouched for a year. I took off 110lbs, just to warm up. So I'm there with 100lbs... I lift the weight off the bar & my shoulder just ACHES! I put it down & I just wanted to smash something. I wanna go back in the hospital for the 1000th time & just ... well.. not much I can do... I wanna yell at a doctor... It will make me feel good. I REMEMBER WHY I STOPPED! MY DAMN SHOULDER!!! How sad, I can't do crap anymore!!!!! I went to the clinic immediately after the accident, 3 hours later, they gave me a note to go to the hospital. I go to the hospital, 5 hours later a receptionist gives me a paper. 1 hour later I get called to see a doctor, he tells me to sit down... 1 more hour later, I go get an xray... 30 minutes later, I get my xray & the doctor says, "you hurt your shoulder, give it time to heal" 3 visits later... same story... f'ing slackers! It's been a year now, so if I go back this week I'm gonna be so angry to hear "just give it time" or some stupid crap that DOESN'T FIX ME!!! Anyone have any recommendations or a solution? I have a client who is a doctor, though she never told me she was, I just looked her up.. Should I confront her and go through embarrassment saying, "I LOOKED YOU UP!" lmao I could offer her a discount for her doctor magic... Depends what kinda doc she is too.. Maybe she can write me notes to go to the hospital without having to spend my life at a clinic...

I don't believe I'm using it too much.

I think that my arm is jammed into my shoulder bone (what do u think of the pics? Gross)

I wanna know how to get it fixed.. Normally people with dislocated shoulders just slam it back into place.. Maybe I need someone to pull LOL.

I looked it up all night yesterday & tried not to get grossed out, I hate xrays.

I wish I knew more about this to help you out. Have you emailed these pics to any doctors or maybe even medical schools? Maybe they could suggest something?

I check online for free doctor advice.... i spend an hour writing a letter, then the next page wants credit card info... lol

tried to look for something, all clinics are closed (weekend)..

I hope surgery wont be involved.

though maybe ill get some nice drugs... ill sleep in my customers flower beds...

Maybe you could find some doctors in your area that focus on bone issues and try to get them to become a customer. Heck maybe you could give them some free service in return for offering advice on healing these issues?

I would talk some people and see if you can hook up with a physical therapist. I bet your Dr. customer knows a P.T. Maybe post an ad on craigslist looking to barter some work for some advice/help with it.

I broke my knee about 8 years ago and had big trouble with it until about a year ago. I can now run about 3-4 times a week. But I have to do it at the local high school track since it is rubber and minimizes impact on it. I had to do a lot of rehab on it to get it to this point. I still get a little pain, but it is much more manageable.
