Retro Lawn Items

So I am trying to track down some old retro lawn items, especially marketing pieces. Old signs, flyers, magazine ads, anything mostly from the 50's and 60's for reference.

I would appreciate it if anybody could point me in the right direction or even if they have any photos of old items for reference.

Do you mean things like old john deere tractors / mowers? Or maybe John Deere signs?

There's a start.

My wife and I have been watching American Pickers on Netflix and they find everything. Best bet would probably look for collector stores in your area or online and see what they have. Thrift stores like Goodwill or Salvation Army and the like might have some.

Actually looking for more of the old marketing signs. Any type of brand will do, just as long as it has to do with lawn and landscape products.

The whole thing behind this is almost all of our clients are 50+ years of age. So we plan on rolling out a type of retro marketing campaign to capture more clients. Use some of the styles from years ago.

Haven't had a chance to look anymore yet. I have been busy with a major snow storm that dumped about 8 inches on us last night and today. Once I get all caught up on work, then I plan on looking some more
