Lawn care business tips

Thank you! I was doing some work today and it hit me that running a business is not always a walk in the park. It is supposes to snow tonight here in NH and I still have clean ups that I need to do. I was stressed out with all the phone calls I was getting. I called my friend who also runs a lawn care company ane he gave me some great advic. He told me npt to sweat it appoligize for the inconvience (sp?) and ask if they would like a spring clean up. All of my clients understood and were fine with the spring clean up instead and some even asked about other lawn services like mowing and some hedging.After my little stress session I am getting more confident. Thanks to the foarm I am learning alot Thank you to every one
