Default End of Season letter

So do any of you send out Thank You letters at the end of season ?
I think being my first year that it is very important for me to do something like this and then follow it up with a renewal letter for the 2012 season.
Anyone have any example of what they use ?

Default Cards

Ducke,

Hey I use a system that I can create postcards, cards etc....
It has a contact manager where you can actually keep all of your contacts in specific groups.

I send cards throughout the season for marketing and also just to say thanks for the business, and I also send on major holidays.

The response is overwhelming. When I send cards as a marketing tool for services like: leaf cleanup, I will start getting floods of calls and emails.

When I send cards on holidays, many customers personally come out and say thanks.

Any way this service is great and affordable, the lowest cost per month is $9.80.

You can also send gifts and gift certificates.

I literally send out 200 Xmas cards in less than 10 minutes. All done by me on my computer and sent in the US Mail.

Here is my link: www.sendoutcards.com/35260

Good luck!

Ah, I was going to mention upscale2 but I couldn't remember the screen name. It does seen like a great idea and I probably would have already joined if it weren't a MLM. If only there were a non-MLM company that offers a similar service.

What I want is a letter.
Something like

Dear (Customer)
Now that the mowing season is behind us, I would like to take the time to thank you for your business over the last few month.
This being my first year of business your trust in my company has meant a lot to me. I now look forward to the 2012 season and servicing your lawn again.
etc. etc. etc.

Why not tell them in person, there is a lot to be said for the personal touch....food for thought

I agree the personal touch is good but it not real easy to meet up with each of my customers.there is a couple I have only seen once and that is when they signed up I also have 4 out of town (province) that I deal with and as much as I would like to fly out to Alberta and Ontario for a week or so I really don't see it in the books. So I was thinking about a nicely word letter of thanks and then follow that up with a renewal letter for those that have not signed yet, you know book by so and so date a keep your 2011 prices, or hurry and beat the 2012 price increase etc...

MLM or not, SOC is effective and easy to use. I have literally made $$thousands$$ of dollars in using the service.

I guess if you have time to print out labels, buy stock, envelopes, stamps, and run around doing so, then that is what you should do.

I have done it the "old way" which takes hours. I get this done in 20 minutes max, allowing me to focus on other things.

I've built a contact management system for a local company that would print cards and labels. Maybe I could rehash it for a similar purpose.
