Default leaf and debris vacuums

I was wondering what people use for leaf and debris vacuums. I have some commercial properties that I have to clean the parking lot up weekly.I use a combination of a sthil leaf blower and garbage grabber. This process takes to long. Also, in the fall there is a lot of leaves that come down and it takes a long time to clean it up. I was thinking about buying a billy goat KV vacuum, but read some bad reviews. I want something that will pick up volumes of leaves, cigarette butts, acorns, pine needles with no problem. I am also looking for something that is self-propelled. Any help or suggestion is great.

Lawn care business tips
Whatever you do, make sure you get a vacuum that has a bag without a zipper. They don't work too great, they get stuck, takes more time to get the zipper undone than filling up your bag. (For my model anyways, which is a Bear Cat). After I had bought mine, John Deere came out with a similar vac as mine and it has 2 little latches you undo and the bag comes off.. (that's what i want)
