I went to the dentist today, thought, "why not?"... Apparently the last time I went was in 1991... LOL He says my teeth are in good shape, I just need one filling. I go in next Thursday, exciting... And he says, "Stop drinking soda, and smoking". What will I do?!?!?! I'd have to quit smoking cold turkey, because apparently Nicotine (also in all of the 'quit smoking products' causes a calcium deficiency or something. Very interesting.... As for soda/sugars, etc... Damn! Teeth suck......

try a product called njoy. We sell it at my part time job. its an electronic cigarette. you breath in water vapor with nicotine mixed with it. so u get the nic and no harmfull crap. i'm considering on trying it this fall.

I've got an E-Cigarette, works like a charm. I just left it in the truck and was too lazy to get it so I went back to cigs LOL.

The problem is still the nicotine though, it cancels out most of the nutrients that enter your body. Vitamin C and D at most.



I just spilled Sprite all over myself and my computer... I hate Sprite, and my Dentist has cursed me.
