Overbilled

Bah, I forgot to put 4 payments into Gopher this month. That's because I'm running Gopher Basic and Quicken H&B and I have to put payments into both. I caught 3 before mailing out but one slipped by me.

I've got to be more careful. I'll be calling this customer in the morning to straighten things out.

I do everything in duplicate too. On paper.

I have "customer sheets" for everyone sorted into the day of the week they get serviced and I keep basic info in my log book I keep my mileage in.

Looking at laptops now so I can get the Gopher software and take it all with me...
