Now you can experiment with your marketing.
Possibly get some postcards made and send out a different mailers to homes you want to target this spring.
The more you target them, the better your chances are of getting them to call you. You could potentially target the same house 6 times in a year.
How many customers you could get really comes down to how much effort you put into your marketing.
