Lawn care business tips

Almost everything can be power washed, the trick is knowing how much pressure to use on what. I find that the pressure alone isn't effective in most cases hot water and or the right chemicals will be what makes the difference. (I did one time have a call to come quote a ob for blasting the concrete off of the steel of a bridge, Sorry, I don't have the $85K 50,000psi washer to do that) Price vary greatly regionally, I've seen prices from .06 to 1.50 per square foot. It depends a lot on the substrate. I've also seen many that would complain over $65 per 1k and I feel that is really cheap, school kid with no insurance cheap. You will want to add insurance for it as well, pressure washing is in a class of it's own with insurance and is double my landscape, and construction insurance rates.
