That is some tall grass! How long would it take to brush hog all that 18 acres? How wide is the brush hog?

Ten hours, slow going not only is the grass tall but there are some big a22 rocks in there, along with all kinds of utility hook ups. Like man hole covers power box's (etc). It is a business park that has yet to be developed.
But when I am not dodging rocks and man hole covers I am loving it, the cab is great, It been hot here around 100 and the ac and sattelite raido is awesome. Its been great pick up this brush hog work makes have the tractor worthwhile, I mainly bought it for snow removal.

That is fantastic! Do you marketing this service? Or do people find you? Also, do you leave any kind of signs when you are done mowing?

Do you think the marketing for larger jobs like this one differs from residential jobs?
