Retaining wall job

Hello guys need some help i have a wall to do 75ft straight shot. 3 feet high. The blocks are 12w 4 h 8 d. Customer wants to buy all the blocks and base and soil. How should i bid this job i'am on the east coast. I came up with 760 blocks might be wrong. Labor should be were. Not use to bidding i know how to install not bid lol.
