Front or mid deck ztr?

What do you feel is best a front deck or mid deck ztr mower? I am buying 1 ztr and 1 walk behind and Im just not sure what the pros and cons are of the different deck placements of the ztr's.

I feel that if you are doing more large wide open properties then a front mount would be the best, but if you are doing smaller lawns the mid mount would be the best

I perfer one of each...I use a Walker 48" GHS unit more for small yards and for trim cutting around the edges or the hard to get to areas for the mid mount. I use my Hustler 60" in all areas that are easily accessible for the unit.
