The number in my head is "9am", but there may be various local ordinances that say differently.

I start at 8am. The company that does the park down the street from my house starts around 7am and are almost done at 8am. I think 8 is a reasonable time to start plus i dont really want to start any earlier.

9:00 here, excavators 8 but everything else is 9 unless the clients allows otherwise. Most areas we are not allowed to work Sundays, fines are very stiff.

I'm not supposed to work on Sundays either, still do from time to time.

As for when you should start your day.

I think the law can back me up on that from where I am.
Though, because of morning dew, I usually start my first lawn at 9AM.


7/7:30AM = People leave for work/school
8/9AM = School begins

If you start at 8-9, you will usually avoid the school buses and the morning rush depending on where your route(s) takes you.

When you start at 8:00AM and there is no morning dew, you'll get a chance to work when there is less heat a.k.a avoid dying.

we start at 7 fall though spring and starting may- june we start at 6 am. but we live in the desert and our customers tell us to come as early as we can beacuse by 9am its over 100 degrees here an by 12 its can be 120 or more. today we are to hit 90-92 for our high. we even fire up our equipment at my house around 6 and my neighbors understand my next door neighbor is A las Vegas Metro cop sargent for our area.

we can start our commercial accounts at 7am here but we don't we usually start our machines at 9am every day and head out reaching our first residential around 10am our usual day is about 6hrs

I plan on starting at 8am. I believe that is the noise ordinance here in Spokane. That is if spring EVER gets here. It snowed yesterday.

Our local by-law is no noise before 7 am, but we aim to start around 8 unless we are behind.
