I had 90% return with this one. Make sure you personalize it with their name at the top, and put a self addressed stamped envolope inside pre printed with the address back to you. IT WORKED

Jymie, I really like the post card idea. The only thing I'd change would be the "unless we hear from you telling us otherwise". I don't include an invitation to cancel. I use something like "I will be beginning the mowing season in the first week in April. I'll see you then!".
