Need Help Bidding A Subdivison

i been asked to bid on a subdivsion of 86 lots which are just vacant lots each lot is 1/2 to 3/4 acre and it mostly weeds, tumble weeds, trash. they have 7 lots that have houses on it, and 1 water treatment plant which we got the bid on back in januray to clean up the weeds on it we bid 450 on the treatment plant now we have 86 lots to remove all the weeds, There is also a lot with a truck, a semi trailer and junk that we will have to haul off. the total property is 50 acres. we will probably have to use weedeaters and maybe a bobcat.

here is a birds eye view of the property but there is no grass just tumble weeds and big boulders the lots have been graded to build houses. the subdivison is outlined in red there is 9 or 10 houses we currently maintain 3 of them already. the total arces is 50. we are thinking about $50,000 to clean it up haul off truck and trailers and do eveything they need. The reason they need it cleaned up the county code enforcement cited them for having weeds over 4 inches tall and if they dont clean up the lots the county will fine them $10,000 per lot. and they have 86 lots.

How are you coming up with that figure?

well back in janurary they hired us to clean up one property that is the water treatment plant for the subdivison its about .50 of a acre we charged them 450 to remove the weeds from that lot. We trucked the weeds out and hauled them to a property one of my worker had acress to dump on and we burned them. But since there will be so much that option is out this time. we are going to have to rent the big orange construction dumpsters which the rental is 250 for 2 days and 15.00 per day after that. we will need at least 3 of them. and we are going to have to rent a fork lift to remove the pallets of ceramic roof tiles and rent a semi truck cab to pull out the semi trailer and then haul it to a junk yard. which is over a 100 miles away. so 450x 86= $38,700 plus dumpster rental 250x3 = 750 month rental 1,350
fork lift 150.00 semi truck 1000 so we came up with $41,950 i am meeting with the county tomorrow to find out for sure what all needs to be cleaned up cause on the outside of the subdivison is also weeds and we need to find out if that needs to be cleaned or if that belongs to the county. there is also a flood retetion bason on the front of the property which is about 7 or 8 acres that is full of weeds.(this are not little weeds these are the big tumble weeds that you see in the westerns there about 4 feet tall and about 3-4 wide and full of stickers. we figure we will have to hire at least 5 guys to work this project 8 hrs a day 5 days week for at least a month it all have to be done by weedeaters and sholves, rakes so we figured if we went 50,000 that would cover all the expsenses.
