Your logo shouldn't be the 1st thing were suppose to read, but other than that it's pretty simple

As Justin said, if you can put some type of teaser headline at the top, you may get more potential customers to read it.

Try it out and see how it works. Then maybe change one element of the flyer and see if that improves the amount of people who call you back.

I actually got it from vistaprint.com. I ordered business cards, shirts, and door signs with that as my logo, I took it for my flyers.
