website header redesign

I have cut the designer loose and am now working things over myself and am working on a new web page header since whatever logo I go with will have to work there as well. This is the first one I have worked up and I want your opinions. Top is new, bottom is what is currently on the web It's my first draft and I can take honest feedback. If you think it looks ****ty, please say so.

"Hungry Goat" should dominate. It looks "lost" in comparison to "lawn service".

Yeah, I just decided to change font and tweak some of the dimensions.

I like the bottom one of the two and think it would look more eye catchy with your goat head logo design.
