By using all platforms of Social Media and keeping content fresh, you build followers and friends. As this list builds you are able to automatically offer information to them regularly. This builds customer loyalty, referrals, etc...

Now with mobile marketing, I can send information to smartphones. Imagine sending coupons or special offers to a list of clients or potential clients by phone, by email or text. Text messages are opened nearly 100% of the time. I can send these automatically by setting up autoresponders to specific lists, literally changing offers weekly or monthly or by season!

As I read this, I thought about the TV show American Chopper.

We probably have 1000's of custom bike shops around the country but OCC stood out because of the people involved. The family, the infighting, and last but not least, the bikes.

It seems their success came down to having a show about a dysfunctional family that just so happens to build bikes.

When you see how much attention they got from this, it makes me wonder if the same amount of attention could have been garnered by them have a blog or videos on the mechanics of simply putting the bike together?

So when you take all that and apply it to a lawn care business, how can a lawn care business owner harness a blog and create content people will want to read? And furthermore, what kind of content would potential customers want to read? What would keep bringing people back for more?
