How to contact different HOA presidents?

I have been wanting to get some contracts for entrances to neighborhoods and have noticed a few that are not taken care of very well and curious to know how anyone doing subdivision entrances contacted the HOA president or who did you contact?

Go to the town hall or city hall with the name of the subdivision. There they will have the contact phone numbers for the president of the HOA.

There have been quite a few discussions on this in the forum if you do a search.

Could you make a list of the different HOA's in your area and then do an internet search for their contact information?

In one of the previous discussions on this, a member went to the HOA meetings with donuts and was able to get in with the association because of that and won their contracts.
