If you decide to hire someone there are a number of forms to be completed. The first thing is that you should read Publication 15 for Employer's. This is the IRS guidebook for payroll.
The things to consider are Federal and State unemployment,State withholding, and federal withholding. Also as an employer you are required to match and/or pay certain payroll taxes for the benefit of your employee.
