Andy, When you look to invest in stocks, are there things you look for or look out for? Do you feel being a business owner has helped you understand the stock market better than the average investor? Should most business owners, have an advantage when it comes to stock purchases?

No not from being a business owner, it is through courses. I have my MBA which is great for tearing a company apart, looking at their marketing plan, history etc. I have my Canadian Securities Course, this is a requirement to be a stock broker so I understand the stock/bond exchange well, this was a requirement of a position I had at the bank, I am a grad of the trust companies institute, three year course on raising equity using a host of equity placements, again a requirement for a position at the bank. While the average person should be able to rely on investment advice, sometimes the person you are dealing with leaves a lot to be desired.
