I am moving into this new apartment tomorrow and i am exchanging the lawn maintenance for the total of rent amount.

I need help writing this frickin thing up...

Ideas?

Oh boy Matt, I wouldn't even know where to begin with when it comes to putting the wording down for this.

Maybe just keep it simple? Otherwise you may need an attorney to write this up for you.

In consideration for value received (renter) hereby grants that rent has been paid in full by (insert your name) each month from (date) until such time as the renter vacates (apartment full address) so long as the renter maintains the lawns located at (insert address) as follows (brief description of what you agreed you would do)
