Has anyone tested one of those weed torches? http://www.rittenhouse.ca/asp/Product.asp?PG=526 It sounds interesting and I would like to speed up the manual weedpulling process.

They work well and we have two of them as there are weeds where I live that can not be eliminated organically, the down side is as a ccompany I am not allowed to use them for insurance reasons so we rent/give to the homeowner with instructions to use.

Lol i should check insurance wise but the only thing I can tell is I may not be able to transport propane for commercial purposes. But we use them as well. I wouldnt spend that much though. Found one down at harbor freight for like $30. But thats the base model.

We use it on the larger weed jobs where it would cost to much in chemicals to spray. The odd thing about them is your not burning them, its like your cooking them. Your boiling the moisture and oils on the inside killing the root.
