Quick question: how did you come by that 20% figure? Why is 20% year over year growth something to target for?

From discussions on here we have had in the past, those who were successful at managing their growth, didn't go to much past that 20% mark.

As an example, ask yourself how many clients do you have now? How many more could you handle this year?

When you start playing with the figures, you tend to see that at a certain point, more clients, means more equipment, employees and other infrastructure.

Feel free to play around with numbers on here and show us what you feel you could handle in growth and what would be too much.
