I had my truck Lettered a few months ago by a local guy. He came up with the logo as well. Im pretty satisfied with the result. He also made some magnets that i will have to find a picture of.

Yes, having a logo will attract more customers. You would be surprised how many people you can meet at somewhere as simple as a gas station. But the most important part about the lettering is that it is very legible.
