Need help with a estimate.

Hello guys. Have not been on here in like forever. Just got a customer that wants me to power wash his front door (and around it), steps leading to his mailbox, and the mailbox its self. He also wants me to power wash his 12x10 patio in the back. I was wondering how much to charge him. I also have another customer who would like me trim his hedges (nothing special just a nice little box shape) he has about 7 hedges. I was wondering how much to charge him for the whole job, and how much to charge him for just one. Thanks a bunch guys!

Power Washing the patio would take me around 30 minutes.

Power Washing the the front door sidewalkA, and mailbox would take me around a hour.

The hedging would take me around 45 minutes.

35 per hour on all services + rental fee (if needed) + disposal fee (if needed)

roughly 80 dollar profit if your looking for more boost up the service price to 40 - 50

i charge 35 on easy projects and 45 on more complicated ones

i base it depending on how much i want to make

how can i make 80 dollar profit, if most of the jobs are under a hour?

power wash door mailbox etc est 1 hour
trim hedge est 45 min

40/2 = 20
40/1 = 40
3/4*40 = 30

TOTAL=90

35/2 = 17.5
35/1 = 35
3/4*35 = 26.25

TOTAL= 78.75 (roughly 80)

45/2 = 22.5
45/1 = 45
3/4*45 = 33.75

TOTAL= 101.25

I think this job will take you longer then you think IF YOU ADD IN TRAVEL TIME AND SET UP TIME,, THEN YOU HAVE CLEAN UP TIME IN THERE TOO!! WHAT ABOUT GAS FOR THE POWER WASHER GAS FOR YOUR TRUCK TO GET THERE AND BACK!!! To me I think you are under estimate this job by $100.00 or so.
