Thank you all so much. I got 5 of my houses to pay me for the season up front (with out a contract!). And they told me they wanted me to stop end of October , and would pay me fore more services if needed.

Does anyone have a general idea about South East Texas east of Houston I don't know how long the season runs down here?

I've found the mowing season to last 30 weeks, give or take, here in Nebraska.
