i pulled back on my handles, and nothing happened. i pulled the break, and stopped, but when i tried to go in reverse, it just kept sliding forward down the hill. so i just hooked it up to the truck and pulled it out.

What do you think caused that? Had that ever happened before?

i have no idea. when i take it in for service, ill tell them about it. i have a 3 year warranty on it, so if something is wrong they will fix it.
