Lightbulb How to price this?

Pretty new at cutting grass. Got REALLY lucky, a neighbor of mine has a friend who would like me to cut 10 acre's using their zero turn mower. I would be providing the gas, and the property is only 20 minutes away from my house. What is was wondering how much I should charge to cut 10 acre's. I would only be doing basic services like mowing and trimming.

I am only 15, so all I really pay for is the gas. My parents provide everything else. I was wondering if any more experienced member has done a job like this, and what they charged.

It is a 364 acre lot, but the owner wants me to do certain parts, and says it is roughly around 10 acre's combined. The parts of grass would be separated, so i would have to travel like 5 minutes between parts.

There are 6 parts none have trees on them, they are all FLAT, and in great shape. The grass as of right now is about 5 inches tall in all the areas. There would not be that much weed whacking, because only 3 parts have any buildings on them. Is that enough info?

This is a simple one. since all you are providing for is your gas and a vehicle to get there, then how much do you want to make per hour?

Tell him your hourly wage and add the amount of gas you spend.

For example say: I will mow it for $15 an hour and charge the gas spent. Tell him to try it once. if he thinks it's too high then you guys can work out another price. But I don't believe any other Lawn company will charge him that low so I think you would get the job.

I was thinking of charging him anywhere between $25 to $40 dollars, this person is very wealthy so I don't think it would be a problem for him.
