Okay, well most of the flyers are in a pdf, jpg, or odt[what ever that is] format. So if you download them, how are you supposed to customize them? All I have is microsoft word.

Not all of them are easy to edit. Some of them you can use a word processor, others you can use a graphics program. While still others can be used to help in your creative process and inspire a design for you to recreate.
