I havent really had to bid any big jobs yet, when I bought my business, I had already had 10-12 big commercial jobs and never had to bid because I kept the prices the same. My question is what does or should my bid sheet contain? Dont want to over kill it, just want to keep it neat and simple. Duties or services, price, and maybe insurance? Need some help

You may want to list the services being provided and some contractual information on what you each agree too.

Going through some of the sample contracts and bids should help you create your own.

We tend to see the contracts get longer as you are in business longer because you run into different issues along the way and you don't want them repeated.
