When Tom Brown's wife died, he found a business idea and ran with it. Always try to keep thinking positive no matter how rough a situation is you are going through. Tom did and it seems it has helped him.
Have you ever seen such a business in your area? Do you feel there is a need for it?
Ready to assist - Brown decided to start Estate Assistance, Inc. last year after his wife died. He currently operates the business with Benson and his two sons, Steven and Shawn.
Estate Assistance, Inc. also works with residents to help them repaint, recarpet or remodel the home. Kathy Benson, co-owner of the business and Brown’s sister, said they work with several local businesses to assist clients with the remodeling process.
Brown said they help clients decide whether they want to sell, rent or remodel their friend’s or relative’s home. He said they work with local auctioneers and relators if the client decides to either sell or auction off the property.
