I have a company in upstate New York and its going to be my second year in business and i want to get more mowing contracts. Whats the best way of doing that? Any ideas?

i got business cards and was going to get door hangers made up this week. guess i was wondering what the best way to go about putting them out.. i would like to get more of both residential and commercial. residential seems a little easier to advertise too.. how do you go about doing it for commercial sights
