grubs on pricing ?

i am bidding on a complex and they want me to bid on grubs i have no idea what to price it at can anyone help ?

the complex has 17 units and they are duplexes.

what if you put it down with a pull behind speader

If you are a homeowner putting it down on you yard, then you can...Down here, if they provide the chemical and speader ad you do it for FREE, then you can... At least thats what I was told...

You don't need a Pesticide, Nematodes will wipe them out within 48 hours and keep them away for up to 18 months along with over 200 other grass root easting insects. You can buy them online, I have used them extensively last year, one spot was almost three acres, they come on ice, you put them in your sprayer and add warm water and then spray. I have recommended this to various guys on the tractor forum with grubs and in every case the grubs are gone in 2 days.

This being an Organic solution, no license is required.
