hello newbie here needs help asap

Hello my name is mike i just started a lawns service company in miami, fl and was wondering if some one could help me. Im having problems estimating. i have to do a marble chip rock job the nursery told me i would need 2 1/2 yards of rock to cover 420sq ft which comes out to $337.50. and 12 bags of mulch which is half a bucket scoop wich i can get for $13.00. also need to install mesh roughly $30.00. and need to remove some weeds and prepare the flower bed. Can any one help me how to charge this job?

I'm not sure how long it will take me I'm just staring off but I don't think a whole day I'm preety sure about 5 hrs(I think).
