You normally don't talk people into a contract, but they ask for it. Some people like the contract system, like snowbirds, (people who live in Florida during the winter). Most folks, like I write, will ask you for a contract if they want one. I don't raise my prices yearly but give faithful customers a break. I try to simply stick new customers with the higher rate first. If thats not enough, then I'll just ask any customers I feel I'm under charging, for an increase. If I raise the rates on everyone at once I risk a rebellion that could close down my service. But by surgically getting the rates up like I write, my business is in no danger even if some rebel and I lose their business.

Lawn care business tips

With your snow bird clients, are you able to offer additional services to them when they are away? Services like checking up on their house to make sure no one vandalized it or broke into it?

The free version is limited to 30 seconds. They automatically adjust the video according to the music that you choose.

30 seconds actually seems to be the ideal time for a commercial! I don't know if I would make it any longer than that!
