Web site mental health

Hi all, For the past few days I have been building a new website for next season. I have been getting very proficient at an old language - PROFANITY! RSS, Shoping Cart, SSL and a few dozen other mysteries. I am using a Web 2.0 dynamic template from Microsoft Expressions 3.0 (A year ago it was Frontpage). It has modules for Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, FAQ, etc. The help functions are fairly good and the forum is helpful also but .......... It seems to have everything one could possibly want and maybe even need except a mental health section. Everytime I get to a point where I know what is what, I find out that what is not what! An even bigger mystery - WHY! Why is this here and WHERE did it come from? The learning curve has too many hairpin turns in the curve. Thursday I had 0% understanding. Friday I had about 50% understanding. Saturday I had 85% understanding. Today I have 25% understanding (maybe)! Had to get away from it for a while and blow off some steam before I take a gun to the computer. Steve

I can't wait to see what you are creating. Good for you for experimenting so much and exploring. I bet it's going to be fantastic!

There is a lot I want to do. Experiments I want to conduct.

I would like video on the site but I don't have a camcorder or have any idea how to accomplish it. My digital camera will take video but, again I have no idea how to use it. Slide shows interest me also.

I probably will start again tomorrow. Now I am in R&R mode. I just watched an old movie - The Quiet Man with John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara. The wife just picked out National Treasure and made us highballs. She has tomorrow off.

I'll start again with a fresh attitude.

I'd probably want to get a camcorder if I wanted to do that. Then you could upload the video to youtube and they give you an html embed code to insert into your webpage.

The easing is an interesting effect. I tried the bouncing effect it does.

That is neat, so when you click on the header, it changes a graphic and the tips change too.
