Curious how everyone bids sod installatio?

How do you guys bid on sod jobs...sq. footage...by piece?

Lawn care business tips

That depends on the job
Do I have to remove the old turf?
Level the yard?
Haul in topsoil?
Remove Rocks?

Or just throw down sod and hope it grows?
