Hi there does anyone have a sample of terms and conditions of service? Im needing to ad something to my website and just got to much going in my mind to create something.

It's not something I would recommend putting on your website, but I would definitely put it on your contracts.

Websites should be vague enough as to bring in clients, not scare people off, know what I mean?

I agree with Scott on this. If you want to look at some lawn care contracts, feel free. The forum has a bunch of them.
