Default Trailer sign mounting

I had my trailer sign come in and I'm wondering how you guys mount those on the back of your trailer, ideas?? My sign is .040" aluminum from buildasign and measures 24" x 36."

since we dont know what type or construction of your trailer is ,you can glue it,screw it,rivet it,bolt it,staple it,tie wrap it ,or install it however you like .

Wondering with my mower going up and down the gate, what would be used best for mounting the sign?

What I would reccommend is that if you put it on the back of the trailer I would reccommend getting metal tie downs or whatever they are called drill holes on the corner of the signs and then tie it with whatever it is called and you're done!

it appears to be expanded metal mesh ,so I would use bolts with fender washers or some flat bar strips in behind the mesh .I would use nylock nuts as well because tailgates tend to rattle a lot in the wind .

Keep it low or the wind from driving will do justice to it.

Take some pictures of which method you use in your installation.

I recently bought some 2 1/2" bolts with some lock nuts and washers. I also had some 3" plates drilled out for the 3/8" bolts so that it will go behind the mesh gate. I will post pics soon.

OMG That is just obnoxious! Did you ever find who did that or do you have an idea what happened to them? Were they stolen at home or during the day while you were out working?
