Spring/fall Clean Up Rates

Hey Guys just seeing what we are averaging for clean ups these days. My company is in northern New Jersey. We are charging an average of $ 45.- per man hour, plus dump fees of $ 12.- per yard.

I'm a tad higher on the man hours. I dont charge removal by the yard so its hard to compare. I charge around $50 a load but I have a 3 yard dump. So if its 1 yard its $50 if its 3 its $50.

I get 85 an hour includes 2 workers and equipment no dump fees. Costs me 20 to dump my ez dumper loaded up with a tarp system...
